Cascade Veterans
Cascade Veterans are players that played in at least 3 battles in an official prior Corusil Cascade campaign. Sometimes rules will call upon them to make decisions in place of the campaign master.
In part, this is to provide a campaign master-like authority that is not the campaign master, so that the campaign master as a player may also benefit from rules such as the Emerging Hero requisition without bias having too large an effect.
